A born resident of TN, Emily grew up in East TN and loves (misses!) the mountains. She moved to Nashville in 1998 and one year later started teaching group fitness classes; everything from indoor cycling, step, and kickboxing. Emily became a personal trainer in 2007 and has trained and taught classes all over the Nashville area. She loves Re:MOVE because it is the perfect combination of group fitness and personal training!
