RE:TRAIN (Intermediate)

Our intermediate class is a 60-minute functional strength and conditioning workout designed to build strength, burn fat, improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility and push you to your limit! All of our classes are “personal training in a group setting” and can be adjusted and modified for each individual! Trust us to take great care of you!

RE:BOOT (Beginner)

Our beginner class is designed to help ease you into your fitness journey by meeting you right where you are. It is a 60-min functional strength and conditioning workout that will build muscle, burn fat, improve cardiovascular health, increase flexibility at a pace you are
comfortable with. You can take re:BOOT classes as long as you’d like. We want you to control your fitness journey. We are simply here to help.

RE:COVERY

Mobility, stretching, recovery, yoga, Pilates…we do a little bit of everything in this class. The programming changes weekly and you will never regret coming. Awesome class!

RE:CESS

Get your kids started on a lifelong love for fitness! This 45-minutes class involves games, obstacle courses, relays, sports drills and fun circuits all geared towards enhancing strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, balance, coordination, power and speed. This class will challenge kids on an individual level while having fun and gaining a love for exercise. Ages 5-9 and 10-15.

RE:MOVE BOXING

Everyone from elite athletes to supermodels have long been touting the benefits of boxing as a complete body workout.

Allowing you to develop superior upper body strength, quickness and agility, cardiovascular fitness, and improved posture all at the same time, our boxing classes are great for all ages and fitness levels. Our classes focus on specific techniques and drills. Boxing is also a great form of stress relief. You’ll get an intense workout and improve your core strength all at the same time. Remember to bring your own gloves!
