SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training in a small group of 3-5 people and is a cost effective way to reap the benefits of 1-on-1 personal training.  This 3 month training program will deliver results with the energy, motivation, and guidance that you need.  Work out with your friends, family, or join one of our already existing Semi-Private Training Groups.  Either way you will be surrounded by supportive people with similar goals to yours who will help motivate you to continue to do better.  Included: Functional Movement Screen, Personal Fitness Assessment, Personalized Training Program, Nutritional Counseling, Weekly weigh-in, Monthly measurement
