Michelle is a Mt. Juliet native and still lives here with her husband, Mark and 2 beautiful kids, Davis and Addison. She graduated from MJ High School where she played volleyball as well as softball from age 6 through college at Cumberland University. She graduated with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Sports Medicine. Michelle found her love for running with cross country at Cumberland and still continues to run half marathons and Ragnar relays. She worked as a Wellness Director and trainer for the YMCA for 6 years.
Michelle joined re:MOVE in May 2017 and has been completely hooked ever since. She joined the team in late 2017 and earned her CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Michelle deeply believes what we do at re:MOVE helps others become stronger physically as well as emotionally by growing self-confidence, learning better nutrition habits and building new friendships. She also works part-time at Active Life Chiropractic as a Chiropractor Assistant.
