Sharon Duncan grew up an army soldier’s daughter. Her fitness inspiration came from watching her dad train daily for PT. In grade school, Sharon played basketball and danced in competitive color guard. She ran long distance trails and half marathons in college and law school. It wasn’t until after having kids that Sharon found and fell in love with group HIIT and strength training. She happened upon Re:MOVE Training in early 2018 and was blown away by the programming, community and Christian foundation. It was unlike any other gym she’d been to before, and behold, a new passion was born! Desiring to help others master form, energy system strategy, weight loss, and overall well-being, Sharon earned her NASM CPT in 2018. She has been coaching and counseling nutrition ever since.
